Header, CMPS, and GARS Installed
The layout of the site continues to be developed.
# New header image was installed # CMPS was installed as the index # GARS is an article and review system. VBnews is installed but not working well with vbseo. Therefore, I am looking for ways to design the site around vbulletin.

The navigation was changed to reflect the location of the latest articles.
There are still problems with the GARS script. The article header image is uploaded through the admincp and not the browser. Hopefully this will be corrected so that members can write articles, too.
