Al Gore Compares Politics to a Washing Machine

Al Gore has not ruled out running for office again, but during a book signing he had the following to say: "I don't think that the skills I have are the ones that are most likely to be rewarded within this system. It's like a washing machine that is permanently set on the spin cycle. It doesn't stop spinning. That creates real problems for a politics based on reason." The political spin appears to be 24/7 and the rhetoric grows hot and cold based on someone's political agenda.
